Everyone loves the idea of a beautifully decorated home and everyone searches for the one element that makes their house unique. Linda has given my home that unique feature that makes it stand out over the rest. Her talent shines through in all of her work and she takes great pride in all that she does. There is not one day that goes by without someone entering my home and complimenting me on the beautiful artwork that is present in almost every room of my house. I had seen Linda's work long before I met her. I would pass the mural on the side of Maria's Restaurant in Nesconset on my way to and from work. I always admired it and marveled how there seemed to be thousands of sunflower's there to greet me. I pulled over and took a closer look at the mural and Linda's website was painted on the bottom. I contacted her and Linda has since done multiple extensive murals for my home, on walls and ceilings. Linda is able to capture and paint my vision for my murals. Linda worked in our brand new condo for 5 days. In that time she painted the most gorgeous tray ceiling and a faux backsplash in our kitchen that you have to touch to see that it is not a "real" backsplash. (although it is sealed and washable). She also repainted 3 living room pieces to bring out our new colors. Her work is neat and beautiful. Everyone walking in our home comments on her artistic talents.

Just wanted to tell you how much we are enjoying all the works you have created for us. When we go into the room with the Jacuzzi we are constantly surprised that the mural you painted from the pictures we showed you looks exactly like the scenes we saw in China. Every time I sit in the tub and look at that painted scene I feel like I am still cruising down the Yangtze River; even the waterfall looks like what we saw.
We are glad we listened to your suggestions when you were working on painting the corner cabinet in the downstairs hall. The scene that you painted complements the existing piece nicely. It is exactly what we wanted.
The canvas on the wall in the family room blends in beautifully with the existing colors of the room thanks to the subtle changes that you made in the color shades We are glad you agreed to do a frameless canvas. Now we can see the painted side from the kitchen without the interference of a frame. It all looks so natural and realistic.Recently we had a new rug installed in that room. The carpet installer just kept admiring the painting. His comment was “I could look at that painting for hours and not get tired of it. It’s so relaxing.” Good job Linda – right on target again!

All the projects that Linda has worked on for us -- and there have been many -- were executed beautifully, artistically and in a timely fashion. The ones that stand out were her illustrations for two children's books in verse that I had written for my grandchildren. She also did a painting of our grandson in Yankee Stadium and a 200 page yearbook for my 50th. high school reunion. Best of all? I was Linda's fifth grade teacher.

We hired Linda to paint a safari theme for our nursery in early October, 2017. Linda did a FANTASTIC JOB and exceeded our expectations!! From the outset there was a lot of communication via email. She was prompt in her responses and made a number of great suggestions. When Linda first arrived at our home, she walked us through her plans and provided helpful ideas on what would work best for the space. We are THRILLED with Linda’s work and have been recommending her to all of our friends. We truly could not be happier with how beautiful the nursery turned out.

Linda Alfin did amazing work in my house! She faux- painted an exquisite headboard which is so realistic that I'm tempted to dust it! The faux-tile backsplash she did for us is wonderful as well. Linda takes the time to get to know what her clients want, never pressuring them into decisions. She offers advice based on the information they give her and makes suggestions to enhance their ideas. She's a highly qualifid muralist and faux painter with many years of experience in both commercial and private venues. I've seen her work in a number of homes in the commmunity in which I live and have always been charmed and impressed with her creativity and artistic ability. I can't say enough about Linda's work! I can say, with complete honesty, that she is an extremely talented artist and can deliver a fabulous product!
